Come support the foundation’s fund drive during its sale of plants and greenery. Plants and vegetable crops grown by the horticulture students of the ITA in Saint-Hyacinthe and products from their generous partners. Annuals, perennials, including Les Exceptionnelles (an assortment of selected exceptional new plants) shrubs, vegetable plants, potted flowering plants and horticultural products. Gardening tips, free access to the gardens and picnic terrace area.

Saveurs de Nouvelle-France – Nouvelle exposition temporaire
The all-new temporary exhibit Saveurs de Nouvelle-France (flavours of New France) will awaken your senses. In an interactive setting, visitors will gain a better understanding of the culinary legacy of our ancestors through five key foods: bread, pumpkin, peas, chocolate and of course, beer. Renowned chefs will each share one of their recipes over the course of the exhibit.
