Hiking
The Parc Régional St-Bernard offers a network of eighteen kilometers to walk through its cross-country ski trails, about 10 kilometers are accessible with a standard stroller and several of them are quite short, ideal for very young child. The park offers walking trails through a typical forest of southwestern Quebec, as many trails are straight and wide, the view takes you far, you will have the opportunity to observe many types of birds, animals and a wide variety of plants. You will be surprised to discover several natural landscapes of great beauty so close to Montreal. At each intersection, a trail map shows where you are located with a small blue circle or a sign indicating the path to follow. And in autumn the whole turns into a multicolored landscape to take your breath away.
Amusement
Disc golf is a rapidly growing new sport in Quebec, and is very popular in Europe and in the United States. It is based on the rules of golf. It is played using a flying disk similar to a Frisbee, although usually smaller in size and less heavy. The aim of the game is to land the disc in a basket to complete the hole. Our course is recognized as one of the most beautiful of its kind in Quebec, and offers unique challenges.
