Rigaud

The City of Rigaud was created in 1995 when the City of Rigaud and the Sainte-Madeleine-de-Rigaud parish were merged. Its territory is bounded by its mountain of the same name and the Ontario border in addition to being bordered by Lake Deux-Montagnes and the Ottawa River. More than 7,500 permanent residents enjoy an unusual quality of life.
