The Beauharnois–Salaberry region is a must-visit boating destination. From morning until night, soak up the relaxing atmosphere on the lakes and rivers, then add some excitement to your life in downtown Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, where baie Saint-François and the Vieux Canal de Beauharnois meet. Stroll along the piers or catch an outdoor show. Feeling more adventurous? The local cycling network comprises 140 km of bike paths, both on the road and separated, that take you through natural landscapes and include ferry crossings at key points. In the fall, let the local flavours of Beauharnois–Salaberry carry you away. Besides the winery, microbrewery and distillery tours on offer, there are a wide range of different activities for foodies who love to eat local.
