Public Market
1555 Marché public de Saint-Hyacinthe

First established in 1830, the 1555 Marché public is the oldest in Québec still in operation and the only one to have maintained its original purpose: agri-food.
This architectural gem brings together dozens of seasonal producers, maple syrup makers, and flower merchants beneath its canopy, along with seven permanent shops open year-round. Open daily, rain or shine, this lively spot is a must-visit for discovering authentic local flavors.

From July 24th to August 2nd, Expo agricole de Saint-Hyacinthe welcomes visitors to explore the world of agriculture through a variety of engaging activities.
For its 188th edition, the program includes family-friendly activities, rides, agricultural competitions, live music, rodeos, animals, and countless more discoveries to enjoy. Blending fun and learning, this regional event celebrates agricultural know-how in a festive and welcoming atmosphere. A must-do summer outing!
Les Beaux Mardis de Casimir

From July 1st to August 12th, Beaux Mardis de Casimir enliven the local calendar with a series of free outdoor concerts. Every Tuesday, Casimir-Dessaulles Park transforms into a stage for musical evenings featuring local artists.
This summer’s lineup includes the Orchestre philharmonique de Saint-Hyacinthe (with Martin Levac), Dubmatique, Nunne and Boogát, Guylaine Tanguay, La Chicane, and Marjo. It’s the perfect opportunity to spread out a picnic blanket on the lawn and soak up the convivial atmosphere.
