Terre à Boire has all the core principles of sustainable tourism at heart. Their certified organic beers and spirits come from grains and berries grown right on the farm. Local, eco-friendly production means that Terre à Boire can offer their customers delicious, bold flavours made with 100% organic ingredients.
“Terre à Boire pays tribute to the land, simplicity and the enjoyment of a good drink.”
— Terre à Boire
On the farm, modern elements accent the site’s history. The land has been in the Oligny family for nine generations. And in 2021, family members Samuel, Isabelle and Jason, who now run the farm, added a brewery-distillery. A visit to Terre à Boire is a visit to the Oligny home, where a warm welcome awaits.

A perfect spot for cyclists to refuel
Just 600 metres from the Vallée-des-Forts bikeway lies the ideal stopover. It has it all: a building made from reclaimed barn wood, an outdoor seating area overlooking the countryside, drinks made right at the brewery and distillery, and pub snacks. In summer, you’ll find local food trucks parked on site and plenty of menu options. For families: dogs are welcome, on leash, and there are kid-friendly mocktails.
A bright future
With its award-winning organic malting barley and on-site brewery and distillery, Terre à Boire is already self-sufficient, and aims to become even more so. You’re sure to hear about them again!
