LIEU HISTORIQUE NATIONAL DU FORT-LENNOX
The proposed experience
Fort Lennox National Historic Site is closed for the season. Located in Saint-Paul-de-l'Île-aux-Noix, in the Montérégie region, Fort Lennox National Historic Site is a British fortification erected between 1819 and 1829, a few kilometers from the Canada-U.S. border. The fort's purpose was to protect the colony from a possible American escape via the Richelieu River. In the meantime, enjoy free admission to Parks Canada's other national parks and historic sites, from June 19 to September 7, 2026 inclusive, with the Un Canada Fort pass.
