The proposed experience
A genuine gem of Maskoutain architecture located in the heart of downtown Saint-Hyacinthe, the public market has been welcoming visitors since 1830. The market houses seven merchant food shops (cheese shop, fruit store, sausage maker-deli counter, butcher shop, fish market, bakery and pastry) which offer quality products in a unique, convivial atmosphere. In season, exteriors stands and events. A genuine gourmet destination! The exhibition centre, Expression, centre d'exposition de Saint-Hyacinthe, is located on the 2nd floor.
