Bon Vivant is a country-style restaurant rooted in the heart of the countryside, conceived as a meeting place between the kitchen, the land and the present moment. The cuisine is seasonal, inspired by products from the farm and local producers, with each menu evolving with the harvest. The menu is accompanied by a carefully selected list of Quebec spirits and wines, to highlight the terroir. To extend the experience, three rooms are available for visitors who want to slow down and enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside.
