A must-see agritourism destination on the Brome-Missisquoi Wine Route, Fromagerie Missiska will provide you with an exceptional experience at all levels with a view of the production workshops and the rich, creamy and delicious flavors. Tasty cheeses are made on-the-spot from unique milk produced by our Jersey cattle. Our cheeses are all made with A2 fresh milk: cheese curds, wheel of cheese, Jersey Royal, delicate and delicious soft cheese (winner of Caséus 2019). Fresh milk, yogurt and Jersey meat from the farm in our boutique. PICNIC AREA. CHEESES PREPARED RIGHT BEFORE YOUR EYES. RANGE OF CIDERS, WINES AND GOURMET PRODUCTS FROM THE REGION.
