A must-see agritourism destination on the Brome-Missisquoi wine route, Fromagerie Missiska offers an exceptional experience on every level, with a view of the production workshops and rich, creamy, gourmet flavors. We make cheeses on site that reflect the unique milk of the Jersey cows in our herd. Our products are all made from fresh A2 milk: cheddar in fresh curds and wheels, and Jersey Royal, a delicate, gourmet soft cheese (Caséus Winner 2019). Fresh milk, cheeses, yogurts and Jersey meat from the farm are available in the boutique. Picnic area. Cheeses prepared before your very eyes. Range of local ciders, wines and gourmet products.
