Espace Old Mill is a restaurant, inn and farm offering gourmet meals on one of the most beautiful sites in the Eastern Townships. Today, it's home to Jean-Martin Fortier's large-scale market garden, which serves as the restaurant's main pantry. A unique restaurant that celebrates local, sustainable agriculture. Our mission at Espace Old Mill is to educate and inspire the public about local food independence, through an innovative, high-quality culinary experience based on the principles of agroecology.
