The proposed experience
Miche 42 is an artisan bakery ideally located on the road between Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu and Venise-en-Québec, directly opposite the Lacolle city hall in Haut-Richelieu. Specializing in handmade sourdough bread, the bakery also offers a selection of pastries, desserts, macarons, and croissants, with flavors that vary by season. All products, including jams, caramels, and spreads, are made on-site with simple ingredients. Additionally, Miche 42 values local agriculture by offering products like honey, maple syrup, and specialties made with black garlic and elderberry.
