The booklet, created by historian and project manager Marilou Desnoyers, is part of the Historical Rallies Collection, an initiative designed to showcase the heritage of the Haut-Richelieu region. Rain or shine, it's all the same! For it's by car, from Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, via Saint-Blaise, Noyan, Saint-Paul-de-l'Île-aux-Noix and Saint-Blaise to Lacolle, that the journey takes place.
