The proposed experience
The Marché fermier du vieux Saint-Lambert (Old Saint-Lambert Farmers' Market) is a weekly gathering of gourmet connoisseurs, producers and artisan processors offering fresh produce from eco-responsible, short-circuit farming. Every Thursday from May 8 to October 16 inclusive, enjoy a variety of tasty victuals from local producers in a charming, friendly atmosphere, just a stone's throw from the urban village. Pastured meats, free-range eggs, fresh and crisp organic and conventional vegetables, fresh bread baked that very morning, berries in the colors of summer, cut flowers to indulge in, ready-to-bake delicacies, other ready-to-eat dishes: everything to put Quebec on your plate!
